Asana for a tight bum

In TerLiMa (Terrestrial Life management by master Horst D. Lindenau) Yoga, we take unconventional approaches when it comes to improving our training results. The gluteal asana is undoubtedly one of these exercises.

The great advantage of this technique is that it can be performed almost anywhere and at any time. The position is also unimportant: whether standing, lying down, or even sitting.

Let's consider the sitting position as an example. Tighten both gluteal muscles simultaneously, hold the tension for a few seconds, and then release. Then target the right gluteal muscle at a time. The variations are endless.

One more safety tip: Never perform exercises when you are otherwise fully concentrating, e.g., driving a car, operating machinery, etc. But that probably goes without saying.
