The number of times you should have sex every week to beat depression

Now we know!

Scientists have pinpointed the magic number of weekly intimate encounters needed to ward off depression. There's no need for sex marathons — just once a week is enough to boost mental health, the researchers found.

Experts from the Shantou University Medical College found that those who have sex at least once a week have significantly lower odds of depression, compared to those who do so less than once a month.

Don't fuck it up!

Improve your breathing

"Breathing is not only essential for life, but it also plays a significant role in contributing to your happiness and overall well-being. It is a habit that cannot be abandoned but can be improved. Everyone has a pair of lungs; treat them like your life's best friends. Use your diaphragm to breathe consciously and massage the chest and abdominal cavities with your lungs. You must breathe deeply, slowly, and rhythmically. Breathing provides you with the most precious substance in the world."

Fat people are good savers

Fat people are good savers. They always deposit more than they withdraw. But what seems sensible in the financial realm spells disaster when applied to one's body. From Club 115, we know there are NO DIETS.

There is only one way to avoid becoming overweight and even fat. This path is based on the understandable and straightforward formula:

What goes in must also go out. In other words, if I consume x calories, I must also burn x calories. Anything x+ calories I supply to the body leaves it with a reservoir. If this reservoir becomes too large, it initially becomes unnoticed, but later becomes visible and noticeable, resulting in obesity.

Replacing the old one

A person normally has a total of 32 teeth. Food is grasped, chewed, and ground with the teeth. An additional function is the formation of sounds (especially the "s" sound) and, of course, the social function of the dentition.

Reason enough to pay appropriate attention to your teeth and take proper care of them. The most common disease of teeth and humans in general is tooth decay, also known as dental caries. Hardly anyone can escape this dental deficiencies these days; almost 99% of the population has more or less cavities.

And yet, it makes a big difference whether I still have all 32 teeth in my mouth or have already lost some due to poor care, unhealthy diet, unfavorable living conditions, or perhaps even accidents. In any case, every bit of tooth left in my mouth must be cared for and preserved.

Basic dental care is done with a toothbrush.

Now I would like to encourage you to go to the bathroom and take a look at the condition of your own toothbrush.

This is because they are often so worn that they no longer do a good job when brushing your teeth. What can you do to keep your brush in good condition for a long time? Rinse your toothbrush thoroughly under running water after brushing and mechanically clean any impurities by briefly tapping the brush on the edge of the sink. This will also dry it faster.

When not in use, store the brush in a dry container with the bristles facing up. Replace your toothbrush with a new one at regular intervals. Worn-out bristles are bent at the ends, which means they no longer clean as effectively and can also injure your gums. These frayed bristles also provide a larger surface area, which in turn makes it easier for bacteria to adhere. After, for example, an inflammatory condition in the mouth (gum inflammation, flu, or herpes), you should get a new toothbrush. At the very least, clean or disinfect the old brush thoroughly.

Type 2 diabetes is preventable

First of all, type 2 diabetes is a type of diabetes caused by one's own behavior.

So, what can you do to avoid this devilish disease with the sweet name?

First, understand that you shouldn't overeat, because everything the body doesn't use is stored. The result is that people get fat. This also applies to animals, by the way; there are already many four-legged friends with diabetes.

The other way around, however, is also true: those who are already ill can often restore their health through a healthy diet, i.e., eating less! If a person constantly eats too well and eventually becomes fat, the concentration of sugar in the blood can be permanently too high.

The pancreas will then secrete more and more insulin to transport the excess of the sweet substance into the cells. But as mentioned, there is help if it's not too late. If the pancreas hasn't stopped working yet, the insensitivity of the insulin receptors can be reversed by eating healthier foods. If you eat little, you only have small amounts of glucose in your blood. The pancreas then secretes only a small amount of insulin. This makes the insulin receptors more sensitive again, and the transport of sugar from the blood into the body's cells starts up again. So: Stay slim! Or get fast slim!
