Back to normal jogging

I've just come back from a wonderful run through meadows and fields. It feels so good to move your body in the great outdoors. You don't need a gym membership for that, you can get started with just a pair of running shoes and shorts. I had a small injury to my knee (no, no, not from running) and had to put my preparation for the marathon on hold for a while. Now everything is back to normal and I'm going on.
